Making the most of our fitness club membership...swimming and steam room in the afternoon after our visit with Conrad's mom and then Conrad and Kezia went back this evening to play some badminton.

Since the kids were gone, I spent some time at school getting ready for a new year. I was very productive writing the last of my letters, laminating, and getting my supplies in order. I was surprised by 2 of my coworkers with gifts for my classroom --owl duct tape and an owl folder.

Summer suppers together are the best...mixed greens with feta, cranberries, and cashews with a white balsamic vinegarette, buttered peas, honey mustard chicken, and roasted herb and garlic potatoes.
